We ship worldwide and use USPS for shipping in most cases. Free shipping offer is to continental US only (by ground). We pack to professional standards, using new boxes and plenty of bubble wrap. We take great pride in our record of over 900 fixtures sold worldwide with no damage incurred during shipment.
Return Policy
All returns must have return authorization from Vintage Lighting and Fan Shoppe. Please contact us by phone or email prior to return. Buyer’s remorse is not an acceptable reason for returns. We will only issue a refund if an item is not as described. We will make every effort to resolve any dispute to your satisfaction as we take great pride in our excellent customer service reputation. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. All items to be returned must be in "original condition" with the finish intact and all fittings included. We will not accept returns after 10 days from the delivery date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
Insurance & Freight Damage
Insurance is not included in purchase price and is available if requested before purchase is made. We will then send you an invoice for your purchase with the insurance amount added. We will not be held responsible for damaged items during shipment should you opt out of insurance upon purchase. Please inspect your purchase as soon as possible after delivery noting any damage that may have been incurred during shipment. If your item was damaged during shipment please contact the carrier and us immediately so a claim can be filed.
We pack to professional standards using appropriate materials making every effort to ensure your goods are secured for delivery. The carrier is the responsible party for freight-damage claims, not Vintage Lighting and Fan Shoppe. Please contact us immediately along with the carrier should you need to file a claim.

- When you are ready to checkout, you will be taken to a secure site where you may choose payment options. You may use your Paypal account or use a credit card, bank card or bank transfer without a Paypal account.
- If you would like to place your order over the phone, please call (209) 744-8532.
- We also accept personal and business checks. Please call us at (209) 744-8532 to arrange your purchase and receive a total amount for your order. Orders paid by check will be shipped once the check has cleared.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your payment has been received and we will also email you once the item(s) have been shipped.
